Pila Gray is a native of Los Angeles, California and obtained a B.A from the University of California at Berkeley. After college, she immediately began working in the T.V and Radio industry and later became a high school teacher until her mother, a realtor for 20 years, encouraged her to become a real estate agent.
Her dedication, compassion, ambition and knowledge made Pila an instant success. Within the first 90 days of having her license she completed 7 transactions, which is virtually unheard of in an industry where 75% of new agents quit during their first year due to lack of business.
Entering this competitive industry with no base salary, her determination to succeed enabled her to quickly rise to become the youngest top producer in an office of 400 agents; singlehandedly closing over 35 transactions in a year.
