My husband and I decided to sell our property in California and move to Texas. Our previous realtor sent us through a total nightmare. First, our escrow fell out 10 days before it was supposed to close and 15 days before we were to be in Texas to close on our property there. Second, he encouraged the previous buyer to hold our property hostage so that we would release their initial deposit. Next, he had us believing we were in escrow with a new buyer when in reality we were not! Then I noticed my neighbor across the street put his property on the market and was in escrow in less than a week. He introduced us to Pila Gray and we explained our dilemma to her.
